John Dugdale (b. 1960) is an American photographer renowned for his evocative cyanotypes and platinum prints. After losing most of his vision in 1993 due to an HIV-related illness, he embraced 19th-century photographic techniques, creating timeless images that explore themes of memory, spirituality, and beauty. His work is held in major collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Whitney Museum.
