About Buying

To make a purchase, simply browse through our collections of photographs, sculptures, paintings and watercolors, and add the items that interest you to your shopping cart. When you are ready to finalize your purchase, go to the cart and follow the instructions to complete the payment process.

We accept the main credit and debit cards, as well as payments through Bank Transfer. All payments are processed securely to protect your personal and financial information.

You can cancel or modify your order before it is processed. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via info@imagodei.es or by calling +34 638 088 318. Once the order has been sent, we cannot make changes.

About Shipping

Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, so they are not included in the purchase. Please contact us to learn more about Shipping if you need more information.

The delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. National orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days, while international shipments can take between 10 and 20 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and must not have been used. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@imagodei.es or call +34 638 088 318.

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and make a new purchase of the desired item.

Yes, we have a physical gallery located in Barcelona (Galería F. Cervera) located at Carrer Casanova,78, 08011 Barcelona and another one in Madrid (Galería Ars Historica) located at C/ Espalter, Nº 13 28014 Madrid. We are open from 10:30 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30h, and we would be delighted to receive your visit.
